  • Yoga Ball Drumming

    Signature

    Our signature high-energy rhythm and movement class. Stability balls become drums, the room becomes a concert, and residents get a full-body cardio workout that feels like a party. 55 minutes: 7 min warm up, 40 min class, 7 min cool down, 1 min affirmations. All equipment included.

  • Trivia Workout

    A PowerPoint game show meets a fitness class. Themed trivia (Hollywood, music, TV, history) between seated marches, arm circles, balloon taps, and light strength. Brains fire, bodies move, laughter fills the room. 55 min total (7 warm up · 40 class · 7 cool down · 1 affirmations).

  • Chair Dance & Groove

Private In-Home Visits

One-on-one weekend visits at your home. Fishers, Carmel, Noblesville, Indianapolis & surrounding areas.

  • One-on-One Wellness & Engagement Visit

    A personalized in-home visit designed to help an older adult feel more awake, engaged, and connected during the weekend. A visit may include gentle movement, stretching, favorite music, reminiscing, trivia, word games, card games, a simple craft, a short walk, and warm social interaction tailored to the older adult's personality and comfort level.

  • Two-Hour In-Home Engagement Visit

    2 Hours

    A longer in-home visit that gives the older adult time to settle in, build rapport, move at a comfortable pace, and enjoy a fuller block of companionship and activity. This may include movement, conversation, music, games, crafts, a snack break, fresh air, and structured engagement that makes the weekend feel brighter and less lonely.

All necessary program supplies are included for community programs. Additional travel fees may apply outside the primary service area.

Before your first session: a completed participant waiver is required. Travel outside Hamilton County may include a mileage fee, which we'll confirm with you before your booking is finalized.

Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes, bring water if appropriate, and let us know about any medical restrictions before your session.
