Weekend Operating Hours
Retro Active operates Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Weekend-only scheduling lets communities and families fill the gap left by weekday programming.

Weekday programming is currently by waitlist only. Priority is given to standing weekend clients.

A round-trip mileage fee applies to any location outside Hamilton County. The exact amount is disclosed and confirmed before your booking is finalized — no surprise charges.

Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your session. Cancellations inside the 48-hour window may be billed at 50% of the session rate. No-shows are billed in full.

Community programs are invoiced monthly. Private in-home visits are paid at the time of booking or upon confirmation. Accepted methods are shared during scheduling.
Late Arrival
Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals shorten the session but the full rate still applies. Please text or call as soon as you know you'll be delayed.
Weather-Related Cancellations
In severe weather, Retro Active may cancel or reschedule for the safety of participants and staff. Affected sessions are rescheduled at no additional cost.
Safety Expectations
Participants should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Water should be available. Any medical restrictions or recent changes should be shared before the session. Retro Active instructors are not medical providers.
Participant Responsibilities
Participation is voluntary. Participants should stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, or discomfort and notify the instructor. A completed waiver is required before the first session.
