Residents shout out answers to themed trivia (old Hollywood, classic music, TV, history, pop culture) while completing seated marches, arm circles, balloon taps, resistance-band pulls, and light-strength moves between rounds. Bodies move, brains fire, and the competitive energy is electric. The most requested cognitive-plus-cardio hour on the calendar.
