Retro Active provides scheduled movement, enrichment, and companionship visits. We do not provide medical care, personal care, or continuous supervision.
Your visit can include any of our signature programs, adapted for one person in their own living room. All equipment and supplies come with us. Programs are designed to be safely completed while seated. Optional standing variations may be offered when appropriate for a participant's abilities, comfort level, and community guidelines.

Two hours of personalized weekend engagement combining one complete fitness experience selected by the client with one complete Creative Companion enrichment experience. All fitness equipment and creative supplies are included.
